Abstract
The results of the effect of the gas discharge treatment of water on the initial growth stages of rye seeds and flowers of Zinnia annuals are presented. Gas discharge activation is shown to yield an increase in the degree of swelling (up to 50%) and germinability and to affect the length of the germs and roots.
