Abstract
An engineering technique for the calculation of the technological parameters of a pulse corona discharge with extensive plasma pistons formed on linear and disk electrodes is offered. Calculations are performed for the maximal pressure on the wall of the continuous extensive plasma piston, the radial distribution of the maximal pressure on the compression wave front, the electroacoustic discharge coefficient of the efficiency at the selectable external adjustable parameters of the built-in pulse generator of the technological electrodischarge facility, and the parameters of the operating environment and working electrode. The calculation of the parameters for extensive plasma pistons in symmetry about a cylinder and torus is presented in the third part of work.
