Electret effect and charge-carrier mobility in polymeric and mica dielectrics

We measure charge-carrier mobility μ e,p in polymeric and mica electrets by using a new procedure for forming radiation conductivity gradient through an electret’s thickness; the experimental findings are presented in the paper.
