Abstract

Synthesis of the analog-digital conversion channel is considered in microprocessor systems responsible for the protection, diagnostics, and monitoring of the basic power equipment in tractional substations for electrified railroads. The influence of various factors on the error and noise stability of the channel is investigated. Engineering methods of estimating the error of analog-digital conversion and the noise stability are proposed.
