Abstract

A synthesized control system for recuperative converters is proposed that provides adjustment and suppression of pulsation of the network reactive power and improvement in harmonic spectrum of network and motor currents. Synthesis of the commutation function of a power switch with selective harmonic elimination is performed. The results of simulating the operation of an electric drive based on a cascade directfrequency converter are presented.
