Abstract
The possibilities of applying backlash-free screw-nut pairs that enable one to significantly reduce the relation of the screw’s linear movement to piezoelement deformation are considered for an inertial piezodrive. The sample of an inertial piezodrive with a kinematic screw-nut pair and the results of its experimental study are described.
