Abstract

FlowVision software is employed to calculate the capacity and demand of built-in fans for electric motors produced by the VEMZ public corporation. Experience in such usage is summarized. The results obtained can be used for the modification of existing empirical methods of calculations for built-in fans in electric machines. The technique of making computational experiments using FlowVision software is developed. This software can be used for the calculations of various ventilation systems in electric machines.
