Abstract

A controlled asynchronous electric drive on the basis of a current inverter with PDM and without a speed sensor, in which the initial stage of startup is performed in an open-circuit system, is studied. The requirements for the programmable parameters of the electric drive are determined, the observance of which enables the amplitude of torque variations to be significantly suppressed. The results obtained are confirmed by the tests on the virtual test bench for the different parameters of the mechanism and the motor and by experience in configuring high-voltage controlled electric drives.
