Response of stony steppe tree species to climate change (on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of V. V. Dokuchaev’s special expedition)

Abstract

The state of tree stands in forest belts of various ages is examined in connection with a change in climate conditions and fluctuation of the water table in the Stony Steppe. The tree species most resistant to weather disasters depending on relief forms are revealed.
