Abstract
The innovative method for ameliorative treatment of low-fertility soils that are in an active phase of soil formation has been substantiated: by combination of periodic local deep close chiseling and phytoamelioration and, if necessary, by application of ameliorants. Such method excludes the erosion processes and output of unfertile layer to the surface.
