Abstract
Methods and facilities for mechanization of the ridge sowing of row crops that enable a 40% increase in crop yields are analyzed and proposed. Techniques for study of formation of a soil ridge are described and the results of investigation are reported. Economic figures resulting from adoption of the proposed methods and facilities are determined.
