Abstract
It is established that direct solid-phase ELISA performed with the use of specific reagents allows determining the content of citrinin and ochratoxin A in poultry tissues in an amount of 4.0 and 0.8 ng/g, respectively. After broilers consumed feed contaminated with various levels of toxins for 24 h, 9–15% of the doses received were transmitted to the liver.
