Abstract
It is shown in physiological experiments conducted on goats and cows with the use of new methodological approaches that, with various methods of hormonal stimulation of galactopoiesis, intensification of milk protein synthesis is achieved mainly due to an increase of organ blood flow and activity of transport of metabolites into mammary secretory cells.
