Assessment of the effect of methylotrophic bacteria on plants in vitro

Abstract

Natural isolates of bacteria of the genus Methylobacterium promoted the growth and morphogenesis of barley callus tissue, potato growth in a meristem culture and under soil conditions, and adaptation of sterilely produced strawberry plants to in vivo conditions.
