Improving the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the development of the timber industry complex in the Vologda oblast

Abstract

The causes of the unsatisfactory development of the timber industry complex are analyzed. An organizational plan, including a list aimed at realizing the untapped opportunities for increasing the volume of production, the composition of the plan documents, and calculation of the economic effectiveness of this plan, is given.
