Method and results of study of metal-polymer contact joint at pre-sliding stage

Abstract

A method of the precise determination of characteristics of pre-sliding is developed. Standard equipment for the mechanical testing of materials is involved. The effect of the sliding velocity and surface quality of the bodies on friction at the pre-sliding stage is studied.
