Determining the Yield of Coking Products from the IR Spectra of the Coal

Abstract

The yield of coking products may be estimated on the basis of the IR spectra of the coal in the batch. The spectra are converted to set of additive spectral components, and analysis of multidimensional data is employed. The calibration models obtained by this means ensure accurate fast analysis of coal.
