Abstract
The technological value of coking coal may usefully be discussed in terms of the coking potential. Attention focuses on the coking potential of clinkering coal—alone, in blends from enrichment plants, or in coking batch. Calculation of the batch composition on the basis of predictors of technological value is proposed.
