Abstract
A technique is proposed for designing a dielectric-metal-dielectric coaxial conical structure. In the two-channel waveguide obtained in this way transfer of the wave energy from one channel to the other has been recorded. Because of resonant character of interaction between the waveguide channels this process depends essentially on the structure parameters, which may serve as the basis for creation of optical sensors and modulators.
