Abstract
Laser generation in a thin oriented liquid crystal-dye layer is investigated experimentally. By inserting an electro-tunable planar-oriented liquid crystal cell into the resonator, tuning of the generation wavelength was realized. Studies were performed in the quasi-waveguide generation regime.
