Abstract

In KS-4V, KU-1, and Corning 7980 glasses, the behavior of six individual absorption bands induced by the electron beam as its fluence F increases to 20 kJ/cm2 are studied. The UV band amplitudes reached a quasi-steady level at F ≈ 4 −5 kJ/cm2 in all glasses.
