Abstract
Sound waves propagating from the stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) region in hexane were detected. A signal correlating with the SBS process existence in liquid was detected in the direction perpendicular to propagation of waves interacting in SBS using a broadband receiver of acoustic vibrations.
