Abstract
The concepts and implementation of a mathematical algorithm for the design of a strategic plan for the development of a company based on the fuzzy set theory and alternative graphs are described. As an example, the problem of maximizing the value of the Highland Gold Mining Co. is considered. Our methods made it possible to take into account all the possible limitations of the company, both internal (the presence of resources) and external (the influence of the medium assuming its resistance to the targets of the company). This algorithm was tested and made it possible to reveal the most effective management decisions that would maximize the value of the company.
