Abstract

The influence of the contents of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glycerol, Al powder, and its particle size on the mechanical strength and relative deformation of the composite coating (CC) made of these components is investigated at various temperatures. The regression models describing the interrelation between the mechanical properties of the CC and its composition, which allow one to predict the final characteristics and quality of the powder, are suggested. An interrelation between the microstructure of the CC with the addition of the Al powder and its mechanical properties is suggested.
