Abstract
The paper presents the studied mechanisms of formation of the structure and phase composition of hardmetals under the action of a high-concentration plasma jet in various plasma surface treatment modes. It is demonstrated that the treatment can produce modified layers with an ultradispersed composite structure and improved performance.
