Determination of the complex workpiece-to-wheel working surface pressing force restricted by mechanical strength of diamond grits

Abstract

A method has been proposed for analytical calculation of the pressing force of a complex steel/hardmetal workpiece against the wheel working surface, which is restricted by the diamond grit strength, in elastic-mode infeed surface grinding.
