Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

The AURA experiment is part of a series of astrophysical radio-ice experiments, one of the goals of which is to search for cosmogenic neutrinos. This paper presents the capabilities of AURA for detecting neutrinos with energies above 1017 eV, presents the results of calculating the effective volume of the detector and analyzing data for 2009–2011, and presents preliminary estimates of the upper limit of the neutrino diffusion flux established by the AURA experiment.
