A Theory of Signal Conversion in the Radio Optics of Metamaterials

Abstract

A theory is proposed for right- and left-handed materials operating in the optical range. The theory can be applied to fundamental science and practical applications. A communications system is considered that has distributed parameters and limited dimensions.
