Studying the Possible Existence of Multistability Near the Boundary of Generalized Synchronization by Calculating Local Lyapunov Exponents

Abstract

The possible existence of multistability near the boundary of generalized synchronization is investigated by calculating local Lyapunov exponents. Many pairs of coupled Rössler systems are used to find that multistability arises with both unidirectional and mutual coupling.
