Abstract
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy reveals an unusual dependence of the shape of resonant lines of Gd3+ centers on the level of microwave power in the spectrometer’s cavity at temperature T = 4.2 K. The centers are contained in crystals of narrow-band semiconductor material Pb1−xGdxS (x = 1.3 ×10–3). The shape of the lines of the observed EPR spectra are analyzed numerically, and possible causes of the detected dependence are discussed.
