Abstract

Results are presented from comparing long-term changes in the flux of cosmic rays, using data obtained by a network of ground-based detectors, direct measurements of fluxes made with the PAMELA and AMS-02 magnetic spectrometers, and a series of stratospheric balloon soundings.
