Nucleation of Magnetic Micro-Inhomogeneities by an Electric Field

  • Published:
Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

The electric field-induced magnetic inhomogeneities generation is demonstrated in (BiLu)3(FeGa)5O12 iron garnet film grown on (110) Gd3Ga5O12 substrate. The typical shapes of the generated structures are presented.
