Abstract

The paper considers the possibility of reconstructing shallow-water characteristics using passive tomography. We use time-frequency analysis of the noise cross-correlation function obtained from single hydrophones in the studied water area. We present examples of numerical simulation of noise signal propagation testifying to the possibility of reconstructing the depth and sound velocity in the water layer.
