New multilayer structures based on nanogranulated metal-dielectric composites

Abstract

New heterogeneous multilayer composite-composite structures are obtained. Layers of the composite deposited in argon atmosphere alternate with layers of the composite deposited in argon atmosphere with the addition of oxygen or nitrogen. The layer thickness is several nanometers. The effect of the structure and composition on the magnetic properties of a heterogeneous system is investigated.
