Temperature dependence of unthermalized nonequilibrium charge carrier mobility in cubic ZnS far from a phase transition

Abstract

It is shown that if we assume the energy of nonthermalized nonequilibrium charge carriers is independent of temperature, the character of the relationship between temperature and mobility varies from nonlinear to linear and at a certain ratio between scattering mechanisms it is temperature independent.
