Time-dependent model of the growth of oxide crystals from melt by the Czochralski method

Abstract

A numerical time-dependent model of the growth of oxide crystals from melt by the Czochralski method with weight sensor control has been developed. The approach proposed was used in a series of calculations of bismuth germanate and gallium-gadolinium garnet crystal growth.
