Abstract
The phenomenon of dielectric hysteresis in the relaxor ceramics of multicomponent system with PbNb2/3Zn1/3O3, PbNb2/3Mg1/3O3, PbTiO3 has been studied. The influence of different modifiers on polarization characteristics is examined and the correlations of these properties with the phase and chemical composition of the ceramics are investigated. The results obtained can be used to predict relaxor properties.
