Effective interaction of a photon with a strong laser field

The problem of nonlocality of effective interaction of radiation field with a strong classical electromagnetic field has been investigated. The interaction operator allowing one to take into account the natural nonlocality of such a process is derived from the analysis of ordered diagrams of quantum electrodynamics.
