Spectrum of multicluster states of 44Ti nucleus in the generalized Elliott SU(3) model

Abstract

The multicluster levels of 44Ti nucleus have been investigated in the generalized Elliott model. It is shown that the Hamiltonian of this model reproduces fairly well the energy levels of the 44Ti nucleus spectrum with zero values of the spin S and isospin T, produced in the (6 Li, d) reaction at energies of 37 and 50 MeV. The high-spin levels of 44Ti are predicted.
