Abstract

The possibility of applying of phase-coded sequences in optical-memory systems based on photon echo is considered. Comparative analysis of the characteristics of the efficiency of using noise-like phase-coded signals as reference and reading excitation pulses is performed. Choice of the optimal code sequence is substantiated.
