Abstract
On the basis of the results of simulation of extensive air showers induced by primary protons with energies of 10, 100, and 1000 EeV at zenith angles ϴ = 0°, 24°36′, 44°24′, and 60° with a statistics of 500 for each case, three-parameter theoretical probability functions of maximum-depth distributions have been built and described. The energy dependence of these distributions coincides with the known one. The angular dependence is weak and can be neglected for the measurement and simulation accuracies available to date.
