Giant increase in the permittivity and conductivity of heterogeneous dielectrics

Heterogeneous dielectrics with conductive components have enhanced permittivity and conductivity. The increase in the permittivity and conductivity as a function of the ratios of the dielectric phase parameters is predicted withirr the Skanavi model.
