Structure and phase composition of grade 38KhN3MFA steel implanted with Cr and B ions

Electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction have been used to study the structure and phase composition of a martensitic steel 38KhN3MFA implanted with Cr and B ions. Quantitative estimates of the volume fractions of the phases formed have been performed and the size of particles of these phases has been determined.
