Abstract
In this paper, we consider the constructive effect of the nozzle armament of metallizers (nozzle-tube, nozzle-diaphragm) on the geometry and physical features of a transport gas flow at a system pressure of 0.4 and 0.5 MPa, which affects the mechanics of movement and dispersion of the sprayed material. We present the initial stage of estimating the effect of technological parameters of the electric-arc metallization mode on the impact of the transported sprayed material, crushing, evaporation, and geometry, as a predictable result of the process.
