Abstract

The dependence of the optimization parameter, which is selected as the clearance of penetration of the base metal of a restored product, is related to several factors: the plasma torch arc current, plasma torch oscillation amplitude, plasma torch displacement speed. It is studied using the methods of mathematical planning of a multifactor experiment and processing the results obtained. As a result of mathematical calculations, the regression equation is obtained in the form of a first-order polynomial characterizing the contribution of each factor to the process of the deposition of wear-resistant plasma surfacing coatings.
