Prospects of development of autonomous pneumatic vehicles

Abstract

The contemporary state, prospects of development, and application of vehicles using energy of compressed air are analyzed. Potential marginal valuations of the efficiency of a pneumatic power source and piston pneumatic motor are obtained. The possibility of brake energy regeneration for subsequent acceleration is presented.
