Kinetics of accumulation of deformations and damages in the event of a cyclic rolling contact

Abstract

The poorly known mechanism of failure, namely, a shear in a surface layer in the event of a cyclic rolling contact is considered. The means of analysis of a mechanism have been developed that allow the estimation of damages under certain loads.
