Threshold characteristics of quazi-likelihood estimates of motion parameters during the target probing with a sequence of optical pulses

Abstract

Characteristics of quasi-likelihood estimates of the target range, velocity, and acceleration have been found with due regard for anomalous errors. The losses in reliability of quasi-likelihood estimates as compared with the reliability of maximum likelihood estimates were also found.
