Abstract

It is considered a problem of modification detection in dynamic images blocks, based on spectrum analysis in orthogonal basis, and it is proposed an algorithm for making a decision about modification of some blocks or whole frame. It is obtained characteristics of errors calculation for proposed decision making rules. It is shown that spectral algorithm allows to detect modification blocks using limited spectrum.
