Formation of an Information Resource for the Interstate Personnel Training System for CIS Member States

Abstract

This paper considers the issues involved in implementing the creation of a new integral electronic information resource for a unified interstate system for training, professional retraining, and advanced training of specialists from the Commonwealth states in the scientific and technical innovation sphere and placing it on the Internet portal of the Base Organization of the CIS Member States for the Interstate Exchange of STI “Information for innovation activities of the CIS member states” (All-Russian Institute for Scientific and Technical Information of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
